By commissioning me you are agreeing to purchase digital artwork only, unless stated otherwise you will not receive a physical product

Your personal details are only for business and will not be sent to third parties

I reserve the right to refuse a commission request if I feel that I am not capable of doing it for any reason

I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote my work and post on my social media accounts

I require payment in full before starting your commission

I only accept Paypal, when sending payment send via Goods & Services. If sent through Family & Friends, the money will be refunded to you

If you are unable to pay after confirmation of commission details, I will allow up to 72 hours of time to adjust your funds. If you do not pay within 72 hours your commission slot will be voided.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time for any reason

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payments are received unless your commission has not been started

You can cancel your commission slot if you have not yet paid for it

If you do not receive your commission within 6 months after payment, you are elgible to request a refund

When commissioning me, you agree to receive WIPs (works in progress) as I work on your commission. I will not continue working on your commission until every WIP is approved.

The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months
